Dynamic Renovations is led by Company Director/Builder & Plumber Christopher Wright. Christopher was born with the renovation industry in his blood. It begun by learning the ropes of the family business which inspired him to start his own company specializing in bathroom & kitchen renovations, servicing the Sydney Metropolitan area. With over 15 years of experience, his passion & love for the industry is seen in all his work.
Dynamic Renovations was designed on the same principals as the family business.
With a combined experience of over 100 years in the industry, the family consists of qualified Builders & Plumbers, which have instilled expertise, knowledge, wisdom and training like no other.
These principals have been applied to the company as well as our team, who are
trained in traditional “old school” practices, however adding a young creative

Over the years Christopher developed an appreciation for interior aesthetic & architectural design which encouraged him to pursue completing design courses at the Academy of Design. This enables him to create & offer advice on modern functional bathroom & kitchen designs and layouts. We believe it’s important to know what’s in fashion & vogue however our intent is to create a space that will not date. We take into consideration the structure of the building & its surroundings. We aim to design a space that compliments our client’s lifestyle.
The Dynamic Renovations team is made up of hand-picked highly skilled, qualified professionals & specialists amongst their trade. Our team collectively holds extensive experience, ensuring premium quality workmanship which has created an impeccable reputation within the bathroom & kitchen industry.
Our team of trade professionals consists of qualified accredited tradesman in building, plumbing, tiling and electrical work, that are genuinely passionate about each & every project. We are extremely fortunate to have the same Tiler & Electrician, that begun work with the family over 30 years ago. Our Tiler works exclusively with Dynamic Renovations & we believe that tiling is an integral part of the renovation. Our Tiler possesses exceptional craftsmanship & attention to detail which is seen in all his work, ‘the best in the biz’, we call him.
We pride ourselves on believing in our Company motto “life is too short not to bother with the details”.

Our challenge is to maximise space, functionality, practicality and create a contemporary bathroom, kitchen that suits your needs.
We endeavour to advise and design for all shapes and sized spaces. Using recessed shelving, in-wall mirror cabinets and frameless shower screens, we can make even the smallest bathroom feel more spacious.
One of Dynamic Renovations signature speciality is the drop down/recess shower floor.The drop down/recess shower floor is stepped down slightly from floor level (15-40mm or to client specification), it is 100% waterproof and adds sophistication and class to the shower area.

Step 2. QuotationWe provide a free customised design and quotation service to suit your lifestyle, taste and budget. We are committed to discuss every aspect of the project with you step by step.
Upon quote acceptance, we would be happy to show you some of our completed work. We are extremely proud of our renovations and lucky enough to have clients who are more than willing to invite you to view our work and discuss our workmanship.
Step 3. Selection of Fixtures, Fittings/Accessories & Prime Cost (PC) ItemsDynamic Renovations has built close relationships with a number of pristine Sydney showrooms. We offer you a complimentary shopping experience, where you will be guided through decisions from accessories like fittings and fixtures to choosing the right tiles, bench tops and cabinetry, anything that you require to complete your project. Alternatively, we can supply everything for you, based on initial consultation or of course you may choose your own suppliers. We aim high to please and to accommodate your wishes. We encourage you to take advantage of our extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to choosing quality products.
Step 4. Commencement of workWe believe in looking after our clients, ensuring minimal fuss and disruption to your household. Our services include project exclusivity. We are on the job site from start to finish we will not leave until all works are completed. This will ensure you have the most pleasant renovation experience. We aim to complete the project in a reasonable time-frame (2-4 weeks), however we are dedicated to creating a superb quality renovation that will excel your expectations, attention to detail is the key to great craftsmanship.
